Family Camp is one of the best places to bring your 13-18 year olds. Family Camp has inclusive activities that any teen will be really excited to dive into, also there is an afternoon of free time allowing for deep conversations or just space to relax. This time together in a Christ-centered environment will give you time to focus on one another, when at home so many other things can make our focus elsewhere.

What are my family's sleeping arrangements?
Each family bunks in their own private room which is great for an early bed time or a nap in the afternoon. Each room is climate controlled, has their own private bathroom. We will place you in a room that best suits your family.

What will we learn at family camp?
Heartland's Family Camp is focused on having each family grow together in Christ. Youth 13-18 frequently have questions about God and how to interact with Him in real life. With all the different obligations high school students have it can be hard to find time to work through these questions as a family. Through worship and Bible study the whole family will get to interact with these questions, building a foundation for more sharing at home.

How technology friendly is Heartland?
One of the best parts about Family Camp is the opportunity to unplug to be together. By substituting television and video games for horse rides and swimming you have a chance to build memories together. Heartland is not completely isolated though. Cell service is easy to find anywhere on camp and WiFi is available around our main office

What activities will there be for my child? Are there any we could do together?
There are many different activities at Family Camp all of which families can participate together. The whole family can go on a scenic horseback ride, cool down in the pool, see who the family Robbin Hood is at the archery range, and encourage one another at our challenge course. In addition the day will have games and crafts for all to participate in.
