Here are a few things to try:
1. Always try to use your home computer - work computers often have filters that make registration difficult.
2. Switch which browser you are using. Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox work particularly well with our registration software.
3. Clear your cache in the history section of your browser.
4. Make sure your browser choice is up to date ie: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer.
5. Some tablets have a difficult time, a desktop will work better.
