Infants and Toddlers

Heartland's Family Camp is so excited to welcome you and your toddlers to camp. We can't think of a better place for young ones to safely explore and play. It is truly amazing how much fun and creativity there is to be had in a 320 acre playground. Each hill, rock, and field becomes a new adventure waiting to be explored.

Explore, Run, Play

What are my family's sleeping arrangements?

Each family bunks in their own private room which is great for early bedtimes or long nap times. Each room is climate controlled, has their own private bathroom. We will place you in a room that best suits your family. Heartland Camp does not have any cribs available for use, please bring your Pack n Play if needed.

What are the dining arrangements?

Meals at Family Camp include hearty main dishes, attractive salads, and yummy desserts.  All meals are served in our beautiful Grace Hall.  Each dish incorporates nutritious options for guests including those with most special dietary needs.

Currently Heartland Camp does not provide any high chairs or booster seats. One of our directors found that bringing a booster seat or Bumbo from home works well with our tables and chairs.

Can I go hiking with my infant or toddler?

Heartland has many different types of trails. There are multiple gravel trails that could be hiked if you have a stroller that works on gravel. Otherwise there are multiple trails through the woods that are easy to hike and could be completed with a infant carrier.
